Clinical Reformer Pilates

Combining the benefits of Pilates with the clinical expertise of an Exercise Physiologist

Our Specialised Services

Clinical Reformer Pilates

Classes led by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist

4–8 participants per class

Designed with your individual goals & physical capacity in mind

Our Clinical Reformer Pilates classes combine the benefits of Pilates with the clinical expertise of an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in a supportive small group environment. With a maximum of 4–8 participants per class, you'll receive personalised guidance, exercise modifications and close supervision while enjoying the motivation and encouragement of training alongside others.

Unlike traditional Pilates classes, our sessions are designed with your individual goals, medical history and physical capacity in mind. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition or simply looking to improve your strength, mobility and movement confidence, each exercise can be modified to suit your needs and progressed as your body adapts.

Using the adjustable resistance of the reformer, we'll help you build strength, improve core stability, increase flexibility and enhance balance, coordination and posture—all while providing a low-impact form of exercise that's gentle on the joints.

Why Choose an Exercise Physiologist?

Every class is led by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, meaning your exercises are guided by evidence-based rehabilitation principles rather than a one-size-fits-all fitness approach. We focus on helping you move well, build confidence and progressively improve your strength and function in a safe and supportive environment.

With small class sizes, we can provide the individual attention needed to ensure you're performing each exercise correctly while progressing your program at a pace that's appropriate for you.

Whether your goal is to reduce pain, recover from injury or simply move and feel better, our Clinical Reformer Pilates classes are designed to help you Restore, Rebuild and Perform.
